Annual membership fees for the Federal Bar Association of the Western Washington District are as follows:

$50 Annual Dues Payment Enclosed (regular members who have been admitted to any state bar association (or the bar association of the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or any United States territory) for at least 10 years)

$40 Annual Dues Payment Enclosed (regular members who have been admitted to any state bar association (or the bar association of the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or any United States territory) for at least 2 years but less than 10 years)

$40 Annual Dues Payment Enclosed (regular members who, regardless of their date of admission to a bar association, in their capacity as lawyers are (1) public officers or employees, or (2) employed by non-profit, public interest entities)

$0 No fee is required for regular members who have been admitted to any state bar association [or the bar association of the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or any United States territory] for less than two years). Please do not submit this form.

Important Note: Under the Association's bylaws, membership is open to everyone who is a member in good standing of the Bar of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and is also either (a) licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Washington, or (b) licensed to practice law in any other state (or the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or any United States territory), and has his or her primary office within the Western District of Washington.
