Returns & ExchangesMerchandise may be returned or exchanged within a period of 15 days from receipt. Returned items must be in new, sellable condition with all originally included manuals and packaging. Refunds will be made to the original purchasing credit card number after inspection of returned items. Return will be charge a 20 % restock fee. Return shipping fees are not refundable unless an error was made by seattlecycle.com. Seattlecycle ships via UPS Surface (except UPS air to Alsaka & Hawaii). Shipping requires a street address (no PO Box's). International shipping policy we ask that you send a money order or a cashiers check for the full amount of the order. When payment has been recevied your order will ship. No Visa or Mastercards.
